VP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations for Ballarena Construction, Sabrina Escobar handles the day-to-day operations, and develops and implements business strategies to grow the business and culture. She also oversees all items related to construction operations including project plan development, staffing assignments, and cost and schedule analysis and works closely with the Executive team to provide operational planning on all new projects. Her involvement continues through the construction phase, supporting and guiding the construction team to ensure success at all levels. Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Construction Management.
Aned Madan joined Ballarena Construction in 2006 as Controller. Since then, she has provided strategic financial leadership to both Ballarena Construction and Ballarena Group. She brings 20 years combined experience in Management and Financial Accounting and oversees all Ballarena’s financial controls, risk management, and accounting areas. As part of the corporate management and leadership team, Aned implements Ballarena’s financial strategic planning decisions and provides executive leadership to the accounting areas in support of the long-term goals of the company. Prior to joining Ballarena, Aned served as controller for a development firm. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida.
